Miles Miles Miles
I recently just hit 75g on my bird =[ it pains me to see her get older. I was wondering if i should be concerned with this milage or if my bird will hold up as good as it is now. I take really good care of it. also, what is the one thing that someone could do to really wear away on the life of a car?

Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
Mine could have 500K on it....
It will always get built back up if it breaks.
Luckily...the car only has 38,900 on it.
Motor has 10K or so.

71,500 miles. In addition to routine maintenance like fluids and filters, I would also recommend weekend projects like detailing the wheels, brake hardware, suspension components, k-member, rear axle, etc... Just some basic upkeep done with Simple Green, shop rag, scotch pad, wire brush, newspaper, masking tape, and paint will go far for keeping your car in good shape for years to come. The results are readily apparent and will last for some time.

White w/ black stripes- 2002 WS-6 T/A
Just under 75k
I have just under 75,000 and just replaced the drivers power window motor. At around 40,000 I had to replace a bad catalytic converter (warranty). My turn signals just quick blinking, so I guess I need a relay.
If something breaks replace it or upgrade it.
I agree that the T/A is a great car, wish GM hadn't dropped it.

1998 Trans Am
I got 78,ooo miles now and rebuilt the rear end, new fuel pump, new MAF, new TB sensors, removed the cats, brakepads, rotors, change all fluids and filters. The car still runs as good as new, just alot faster.
Only thing left is new shocks, springs, and sway bar hardware.1998 Trans Am 85k miles.
