Magnaflow Change Setup?

anyone got Magnaflow on there car i seen different picture of one im looking at it had another piece welded on around top.

different one Looks like this

one on planetmagnaflow.com doesn't look the same as top picture.

I noticed that the other night as well. with as many people who run this thing I'd think you would have an answer by now.

Yeah i went to kar kwik down road and i seen there catalog it showed the one with piece welded on it

I don't have this kit, but what I can tell from the pictures is:

They redesigned the flow of the mufflers for our vehicles as in the location for both outputs. If you look at the stock one the intake is right next to the passenger side output. On their new "Wide Open" series, both outputs are on the same side which from what I can tell will provide easier flow-through. The smaller picture is a picture of just the muffler. That thing attached to the top is actually just the output for the passenger side. Is just a close up of the larger picture, look a little closer at the larger one and you will see the same thing.

i have a magnaflow and love it my system dos not look the same similer but the muffler is diffrent the passinger side tip comes out on the passinger sid not the driver

This must be their new design. I wonder what the performance difference is, if any.

i just got my magnaflow 2 months ago and if any thing the 1 i have sould be beter cous its a strater system but any way its not a bad setup thay make the best as far as i can see
