LS2 Head Swap
A friend of mine is getting ready to swap out his heads and cam from his 05 GTO. Can anyone tell me if it would be worth the time to swap his stockers onto my LS1. The heads are 243 casting, and the cam is the same as the 2001 Z06 (I think), plus i'm trying to find an LS6 intake.
All of this together with a lid, and LTs should put me over 400 at the crank?
The only reason I'm thinking about going this route is, I can get all the parts for CHEAP!!! Plus I'd like the car to sound, and drive like stock...
Let me know what you think...

Good to have as a core. Just send them to a machine shop and get them worked over
