LS1 Side emblem?
I have been throwing around the idea of putting some kind of emblem on the side of the car but I cant decide which one I want! I liek the last of the breed emblem but only thing is, I have a 99 and some people tell me not too because its not a 2002? Plus what happens when they come out with the new TA? Also I love how some of the camaro guys put the old style Z/28 emblem on there newer cars. I love the look, but cant find anything like that from past Transam's. So I fould this on ebay.. Its just an LS1 decal. How do you think it would look? I already emailed them and asked for black and they said that would not be a problem

white is one of the sexiest colors, just like black, you don't need to do much for it to look good. I suggest very subtle changes, but i really don't think an LS1 sticker will really do much for you-maybe if you put it on the front of the ground effects.
I suggest painting your calipers red, and painting your door lettering black, or buying black ones. You have the "blackbird" hood stripes, black/chrome lip rims and the black chicken on the front plate. Really, you don't need much else. If you paint your calipers, the bright red will really make the subtle tones of black/white look gorgeous.

SRAY PAINT!!!! oh god...that paint on kit is poop. I acutally bought 2 drill bits, a course, wire bit and a soft [brillo-like] bit to polish off the metal b/c i had 6 years of dirt caked on mine. use brake cleaner spray to help wash away the grit whille you polish them off.
spray on red engine paint. let dry in sun [do it on 75* plus days] and just do light coats until it's all covered [like 15-20 minutes between coats] rememebr, you only have to get the fronts/top not the inside or back. then apply sexy, curved, vinyl "trans am" stickers to the dried paint and hit it with high-temp clear coat. BLING BLING
yeah buy some black lettering but not that door molding shit-they look way better with it off.
