    with lowering rear end.......

Hey everyone I read somewhere one time that you can lower your rear end an inch by just removing some "rubber pieces" is there any truth to this? If you have done it how easy was it to do and how is the ride? a link to a write up would be greatly appreciated~Chris

It's called the heater hose mod. Unbolt the shocks from the axle and lower the axle till the spring come out. Remove the big hunk of rubber on top of the springs and replace it with a piece of heater hose.
