Sunday 9-14 barona race track in San Diego Pontiac Drag Days event. Several classes with trophys in all of them. Its only 1/8 mile track but they have great traction there. Im making a spot on my mantle for a new trophy.

I might have to check this one out. To bad I don't have my bird with me it's in storage up north. I like this track they prep up it well. Pony Eater just search on line for Barona raceway and it should say how much it cost. The last time I ran there it was $25...

I forget what the track fee is, 20 0r $30. The fee to compete with the club is $10. It would be great to get some more birds there. Plus i got a grudge match against the wifes car. She ran 7.61 @ 93 in the 1/8 two weeks ago in her 82 bird, all motor.

cuzimoto i got to check out your wife TA. Sounds like a runner for all motor? What are you running?

My 99M6 has TR224, LT, ls6 intake, ASP @ 150 wet kit. Ran 8.10s on motor and best 7.35@96 spray, 11.45@122 in 1/4. Synchros in second gear have been shot for two years so those times are granny shifting second gear. I just had the trans overhauled, with steel shift forks, viper out put shaft etc. Also put in new spec stage three. Hoping to improve on those times a little. There is some video of the wifes car, goggle I FIX M auto, should be about third one down.

We will be easy to find, my 99 is black and her 82 is silver. Hopefully others will see this and show up. Plan on having some fun.
