LeBra
Any of you guys have pics of bra's or know where I can find pics of them. I've got some clearcoat peeling from the nose and hood and wonder if a bra would hide it.
Thanks

I don't have that problem. Like I have said in most of my replies about a Bra on this club and 4 others, You have to be smart, that means when to take it off, how to clean it, how often should you clean it, etc. It's like can you get chips from following a dump truck with sand on it and little pieces of sand are hitting your winshield and the front of your car, be smart and pass the truck or slow down. As far as rocks (too tight for rocks), pass the dump truck, as far as dirt and dust sure, just clean it. I kept mine on from Oct 06- March 07 Snow, Rain, sand, salt, No problems, but I cleaned the Bra, and the front of the car every other weekend. After 30 years of driving you kind of learn a few do's and don't

I don't blame you one bit! I saw what happens to a car when you do not clean the front or the Bra (inside), and you have a lose fitting one. It was one of the LeBra ones
and it was a Black grand prix GTP. My boy's car Just use them for long trips.

Get a new clear coat or at least a clear bra. that way, it will only be noticeable when close up. You have to make sure to get a shop that will do it right though.

Clear bra is the best way to go. You can only see a small line acrost the hood when your close up but besides that the the untrained eye you cant tell anything is there. Here is mine after having a clear bra on it for two years, I have zero rock chips and the clear bra looks like it did when it was new.....

To tell you the truth im not quite sure, I had the local GM dealership do it when I got the TransAm logo painted on the doors and seeing it was so long ago I can remember but that sounds right. I also had them touch up all of the paint chips before they put it on and when it was all said and done it looked new and still dose today. A reg bra is a crazy thing to have in my oppenion now a days.......

^ How noticable is it on black? It was pretty noticable in person on a red Ferrari because it slightly changed the shade of red. I assume it wouldn't be nearly as noticable on black.
