Last of Breed Badges--Factory?

I just bought a 2002 WS6. It has the Last of Breed Badges on it. I thought all 2002's did, but I was told that they were added by the owner. Are they factory, or aftermaket on the 2002's?

Yep it's a carl black thing but some owners out of area bought it seperate cause they liked the look and installed them on their cars.

My understanding was that it was a dealer option offered later in the 2002 model year...perhaps about 1/2 way through.

LOB can be bought for any year Bird... and some dealers bought them from the manufacturer to offer them on their cars.

It was not a part of any package.

I bought 2 sets, one for my 02 the other for my 98.

On a side note, my 02 was in a car ax last year and the badge damaged, you can by repalaements dabges rather than the entire kit.
