I miss my car!!!
So after one day of not driving my car because its hard to drive stick after a surgery, I'm really missing her. Its weird, I know I love that car but ONE day, seriously. I saw another trans am on the way home from class today and I was like damn I really want to be driving my car again. Oh well just had to get that out. Anyone else ever get that or is it just me?

sometimes i think i should get rid of my car and get something else. Then i see another one on the road, and i fall in love all over again. Even when i am driving it and i see another one, i forget that i am driving the same car i am drolling over as it goes by.

You wimp! You only need one arm to drive and shift. The right arm is easiest one do it with. I've messed up my left shoulder before and done it. You get used to getting in your corner gear early. Besides you don't really need to leave 3rd ever, kinda crappy to start, but it works.

My life is a- Ben Stiller movie.
took the car off of insurance as off Sept 5th. By that weekend I was having panic attacks, so now I put it on insurance for the weekend and take it off by sunday night. Only costs me $8 a weekend to drive as oppossed to $900 for six months of insurance.
anticipating your next question: I have Drive Insurance from Progressive. They are very accomedating in the sence that I can turn on/turn off insurance as often as i want and they just retro-bill me =)

yeah I don't know if I could deal with storing the car all winter. That would be just too much time away. I'd get lonely

I have not drivin my car in about 2 months, and it really does not bother me all that much really. its just a car, i do enough driving through the week really that all i want to do when i get home is just chill out and rest, i drive about 150 miles a day sometimes more sometimes less, i really just want to make my car a track car anymore

nope i work for the state doing HVAC work, and our outfit has 8 counties that we tend to pretty much every day, do stuff like HUD housing and poor people basically, so my drive to work is like 15 miles one way, so 30 round trip, and sometimes it takes us 60 miles to get to a job site and then 60 back, and thats not counting the miles we have to go to pick up furnaces, and the hardware stores and stuff like that, i get tired of being in cars or box trucks for that matter
