This happened a few days ago. Was driving out around lunch time going to get gas and got caught in a nasty little shower. Anyway, I pull up to a stoplight not really paying attention to anything around me when I hear a very unfamiliar exhaust sound over my own plus the radio. I turn and look out my window to see this pulling up next to me:

An effing Lambo GTR!

Now, I'm sitting at a stoplight, no traffic, no cops, wide open straightaway in front, and....ITS RAINING!

Wanted so badly to try and run him, but there was no way I was gonna risk it in the rain, and I sure as hell knew he wouldn't either. Just gave him a sympathetic "yeah, I got caught in the rain too" smile and nod and went on my merry way when the light changed..

Still though...how many perfect scenarios like that does one experience in a lifetime..?

Awesome. I've had those days and all I could do was just that. We all act like normal civilians on those days.

Eh, you just saved yourself an ass whoopin'. He probably would have laughed at you if you had tried to run him, same way I laugh at kids in Civics when they try to run me.

I had a lambo pull next to me at a stop light too. No rain no cops...yeah we went. I did pull on him for a second cause I dont think he knew how to drive it so his take off was slow but then all I saw was a green blur

Uhg, thats always my luck. Never lined up next to a lambo but if i did then it would be the same situation.

Most of the time the conditions are perfect, no rain, straight away, no cops but im in someone else's car!

You sure it was a GTR? There were only 30 made in 2000, I highly doubt the owner would even think about having it by rain, let alone on the road.

I had a black 440 Ferrari line up next to me at a light i took off on em but he didnt take it........ I was disappointed.... a little. I really honestly wanted him to hand me my ass. I mean even saying you got stomped by one is at least nice knowing he raced you.

when i was living in florida in 2004,i was sitting in the turn lane and a bright orange lambo murcielago rolls up in the lane beside me.i was like damn i want to run him,then logic kicked in and i realized a stock ws-6 t/a was no match for that.bad a$$ car though.

Hmm, didn't know the numbers were that few. It looked like one, but then again it was raining fairly hard, and I was orgasming, so I could've been wrong.

Upon second thought it very well could have been a Diablo.

doesn't really matter in this case, pretty sure it wasn't a gtr. I know a few guys that don't register there cars.

me too.it seems like every time the wife and i are in my monte carlo ss there's some a-hole in a mustang trying to race me.i'm like damn if i was in the t/a i'd blow the doors off this dude.

i can drive around all day in the T/A looking for some ricers(plenty in cincy) and never see any....so as i get in the Tahoe i see gaggles of them! Pisses me off
