Metallic Pewter- 2002 SLP Firehawk
I have some good news...
For those of you that have been following my ls1 vs. lt1 thread i came to a decision. After being hit by a irresponsible driver and loosing my Arctic White T/A I decided to stick with the LS1. So now I am proud to say that I am the owner of a 2002 Pewter Metallic SLP Firehawk. I did not take many pictures but here is the one i do have. Tell me what you guys think.
It has 80k miles, interior is great, runs great, sounds great. No major body damage a small scratch to the passenger panel, not very deep tho.

Metallic Pewter- 2002 SLP Firehawk
Yea well i was never big on decals on cars but it makes this one stand out and it looks nice. Its not a "NOS" sticker so its fine. I am glad to have my ls1 again. So what differences are from this and the T/a? I know hood, seems like the spoiler is bigger, also rims, and badges. Also what is something good to keep the interior looking nice? What can i use to keep the engine bay clean, and whats good to use on the rims and tires?
Reason i ask is because I made the mistake of using armor all in my old interior and it seems like it was like crack for it. I appreciate the answers folks.

I'm sure there are some Firehawk specialists around here that can give you the 411. See the link below for the '02 Firehawk Brochure.

As for the detailing products, I have been using Meguiars, but I plan to switch to Zaino when I buy the next round of product.

Congrats! Pewter is a great color on these cars and it's very cool that you found a 'Hawk.

So you got a Firehawk after that car hit your WS6, I would go find him and thank him. I much rather have a Hawk anyday.

Interesting...it has a reg. T/A wing. Most 'hawks I see have the shorter 'hawk spoiler.

Metallic Pewter- 2002 SLP Firehawk
I am not 100% sure but from what i saw on the RPO codes is that it started as a Trans am base and then the firehawk options were added.

Nice looking ride you got there! Congrats!
As far as cleaners go, I use Zaino. A lot of people swear by Meguiar's as well.
