How much HP

Trying to figure out about how much HP my bros car has 99 WS6 M6 the one time he took it to the track i wasnt there but he had just gotten the car ran a 13.4 @ 127 with major traction issues (i think he ran with his reg. tires) i have ran him in my 100% stock 02 WS6 M6 and can beat him form a dig (getting a 2-3 car lead) until 100 then he blows past me... from 30 and him starting when he sees my car take off he instantly jumps infront (his whole car) and by 120 he is about 7-8 lengths ahead. he has been hanging out with a bunch of guys in a T/A club around where we live one of them runs a 12.1 and he can beat that car from a 30 roll.

obvious mods are SLP loudmouth, headers, lid, sfc, strut bar... previous owner said the car was fast when he bought it but that he put in stage 3 clutch and bigger injectors... after have the car for a while he found a line lock so we know someone put alot into this car...
