When I got my car tuned this weekend the tuner said that my stock injectors were maxed out and that I should get 30lb injectors.......what are the best kind, and are they easy to install? also will i have to get the car re-tuned after the install.........below are my mods, thanks for the suggestions ahead of time~Chris

yeah theyre real easy. unbolt the fuel rail and just unplug them from the harness and pull them out of the fuel rail. just be really careful you dont break the harness. then youll be pissed at yourself

and from the mods in your sig, i really doubt you NEED new injectors. the factory ones are good for a lot more power than what you have listed

+1 on not needing new injectors. If you're gonna bother changing them you might as well go up to 42lb andnot waste the time or money on the 30lb, especially if you have more mods on the way.

Reading the mods it just doesnt seem to me that he NEEDS that added fuel. But If the tune guy says he needs it...then I guess he does.

If he got the 42's would he need a new/better fuel pump? Just wondering

Not sure why you need new injectors. I was told I wouldn't need new ones unless I put a big cam or heads/cam in my car. They said I could actually put a smaller cam in my car with the stock injectors.

yeah i think he wold need one. if not needed it should be greatly considered. Just saying that when it is time to get some injectors don't waste the time with 30lb'rs cause i see where most mod lists end they usually require them.

My confidence in your tuner continues to shrivel, there is no fn way in hell you need bigger injectors at this point.

Ask him if you need to upgrade your flux capacitor as well when you go to 30lb injectors.

how hard is that to figure out? anyone with a scanner and 30min on theyre hands could figure that out. but hey, if you trust him then spend the $$ on new ones.

Everyone is telling you the truth!!! You don't need them and I would never upgrade to a 30lb, I would go to 42-48 you can tune for the bigger ones, which you don't need.
