The WS6's were rated to have 340 at the fly. They had 320 if it were a firebird formula.

yeah general number: ws6 305rwhp, non ws6 290-295rwhp. but it varies from the factory tune, some run rich some run lean making more power.

The formula's from 98-99 came with 305, the WS6's 320. But a good starting number would be about 270-280RWHP.

they are all underrated my friend... ls1 engine are 350-365hp at crank.
the difference in stock LS1 vette vs fbody and maros is that vette use a different A/F table than fbody and maros LS1s but still the same engine. I dynoed my 99 TA stock (I mean stock with paper filter) at 290-292rwhp.

I have 386RWHP. It was running a little lean too. I should have a little bit more now. Maybe 395RWHP. But dont have a dyno to show it. Here is my latest dyno.

cool man good numbers , hey be careful if it's 14.5-15 A/F ratio you'll mess up/fry ya engine being lean. I tuned my down to 13.5 where it needs to be lost 6-8rwhp but not running lean any more.

the trick is not to be lean nor rich, I hear 13.5 A/F is optimal for engine life span and perfomance longevity while not being under-tuned.

Mine peaked out at 14.46ish. I am getting it retuned. So as soon as I get it fixed I will redyno, and we will see where I am at.

Yup...I still have to put on the "sticker" (aniversary decal) on the passenger side. I am going to try and put a bandit style bird on a WS6 hood. Dont know how it will turn out.
