I dynoed my Car last Spring at 109,000 miles. Mods are SLP Lid, FRA & EGR Free mods, SOTL Flowmaster Catback and an Original Clutch
Numbers are from a Dynapack Dyno
    300 RWHP @ 5300 rpm
    322 RWTQ @ 4200 rpm
I realize these numbers are on the low side but the engine is tired.
I am the original owner and the car has felt stronger in the past but over the last 30k or so has softened up a bit. A new set of valvesprings would probably go a long way towards bringing back lost power. But why change valvsprings with out changing the camshaft as well !

Obviously shit is going to wear out, but if you maintain your motor and other aspects, your car is going to make power long in life. I have heard of 350,000 mile LS1's making good power with mods. Just my experience though

I have now 130,xxx miles on mine 01 LS1 small cam minor stock head work dynoed at 350 RWHP. Not bad I am experiencing a rattle from the passenger side not a lose heat shield and I have tapped the cataluytic convertoer lightly with a rubber mallet nothing there??? I'm still looking there the original cats so I'm thinking maybe it's starting to clog - I've read somethings where that might cause it only happening in the 1800 to 2200 RPM range? But still going like a champ!
