    1998 , Trans Am RamAir

    Smile Hi everyone I need some help

    Hi everyone, i have Trans Am 1998, I need some help, I want my car to be more than 550 HP without turbo and supercharge, Now I have on my car Borla Cat-backs and headers, BBK Throttle Body (80mm) and K&N Air Filter.

    Someone advide me to buy afr 205 66 cc heads and g6x3 cam , and someone talled me trickflow heads is the best for ls1 for street with lunati or Magic cam and i wnat to ask what is the best for my car.

    And if necessary I have to change every thing i have on my car now, I will do it.

    You will not be able to achieve 550hp with just heads and cam man, sorry to say but you will need a whole new engine for that.

    agree, as far as full bolt ons heads and cam the most hp i've heard i think it was around 450's - 470's whp ( i could be wrong)

    Either need to build a motor with more cubes or just get a head/cam set up and you can get around the 450's and add a little nitrous for when you wanna be 550 plus hp.

    There are some HIGH STRUNG 346's making over 500RWHP. Wouldn't want to spend much time on the street with them.

    It depends on if the goal is 550HP at the fly....or at the wheels.
    Flywheel....it is possible.
