Header/Exhaust Question

I need some advice on which Headers/Exhaust system to go with

I can get a really good deal on a flowmaster system, but ive heard they are not the best... anyone have any info?

I am on a limited budget so i dont want to break the bank, i just need to know what is the best combo to go with bang for buck

any help would be appreciated

Go to LS1sounds.com The site has a wide variety of sounds from all different kinds of exhausts with combos of headers and cams. Flowmaster has a good ole american sound, but there are other exhaust systems out there that not only sound better but will give you better gains for a not that much more in price than a flowmaster. I have an SLP loudmouth and love it, my buddy just got the new SLP loudmouth 2 and is amazing. Good bang for the buck. Just my .02! If I had the money and could do it all over again.....GMMG all the way. Good luck happy hunting.
