na, it was $80 done custom, ive heard so much bad stuff about electric, i have no problem with putting the cap on if need be, rather put it on myself than have to deal with the electric screwing up

Yea go electric, DHM or QTP both make a good cutouts, DHM has a better support after the sale is about the only difference.

I'm pretty satisfied, I'm not even sure if I'll ever put the cap on it, it sounds way too good to be silenced lol

I have a question for you guys...
I'm ordering a DMH e-cutout. It says $199 or $179 without Flowtech race ready.
What is Flowtech race ready and do I need it?

Flowtech race ready is the cutout... when people speak of "electric cutouts" they mean the actuators. I run a cutout alone like the OP. it works great

how is the sound difference.. and is it stock exhaust with a cutout?

its alot louder bc its basically getting dumped out before the muffler so you dont have the muffler "muffling" out the sound, makes a huge difference in sound even with stock everything like i have, its almost like a grumble
