way too high. I got mine for $6100, 77K....no problems. Try to talk him down to at least $6000.

personally i wouldnt care if its a 2000. The fact that it already has 115K miles means they drove it a lot which probably means it has a lot more wear and tear. Check it out, make sure its in good cosmetic condition and then take it to a GOOD mechanic and have them check it out and tell you everything thats wrong with it. Add up what it will cost to fix the little stuff and use that to talk the guy down.

i'd say if the body and interior is in mint condition it would be a good price, but if it is even a little rough it is over priced, I have seen some high miled ones that look like they are off the show room floor, but unless it is its pretty over priced IMO

if outstanding, its worth $9,800 from a dealer, $8,300 from a private individual.
if clean, $8,700 dealer, $7,400 private.
its at a small dealer and is fairly priced.

Looks clean. I dunno, a car (or most material things) is worth what someone will pay. What is it worth to you?

I've been looking for Trans Ams for a few months on autotrader and this one seems to be the best deal (looking to finance, dont have cash which sucks!). It's black on black (which I want) and it's a 6-speed (which I want) so I'm thinking of going down and test driving it.. I don't know if I shold wait for an 01-02 or not though since everyone has told me that they are the better/best years to buy...

Does anyone know if this car has the traction control? I read that 2000's don't have it but I just wanna make sure.
