Fuel Pump install
hey everyone, i'm bout to do a fuel pump install on my 02 ws6, and was wonderin if anyone had pics of their install?? i'm goin through the back deck, need some pointers!

Mine is already covered so I can't get you a pic but there should be a post on here it's not hard just remember to coner it up on not just duct tape it and yes there is a local shop here that does that to people.

both those links are a great help, but theyshow the fuel pump in different places?? and do i have to any modifying to my bucket with the granatelli pump like on the gonicd link with the walbro??

yellow- 02 Collector Trans Am
I changed mine last summer. I dropped the gas tank. I just lowered the rear end (did not take it completely out) and removed my aftermarket exhaust. I was able to lower the tank just enough to sneak the out pump out and put the new GM pump in. Took about 3 hours to do. Trap door would be quicker but I didn't want a hole in my trunk.
