    First time ever at the track

    So I went to the track today to help out a buddy and I was able to get one run in with my 98 WS6 A4 with stock tires. The car has 110K miles and only mods are a SLP lid and a magnaflow catback.

    I have never run a car at the track before so i'm not sure how I should feel about these numbers. The transmission didn't seem like it was too happy about what was going on either. It didnt slip but it shifted hard. Anywho here are the results

    0-60 5.86
    1/4 ET 13.65
    101MPH

    it was 92 degrees outside

    about 760 feet or so and without looking at my slip(in car and i'm at work" but i think my 60ft time was around 2.1

    Congrats! For being so hot out, not bad at all with your times. Our A4 car ran a 13.4 at 106 in mostly stock trim after we first purchased it.

    Nice time. Cut that 60' down to a 1.9X (achievable on stock tires) and you'll be in the low 13's. Congrats!
