my freind hit 140 in his lt1 firehawk. 370whp. it was still pullin hard, but lifted, cuz it was 8:00 on a country road. couldnt see where hes goin

Not only are they nuts, they are stupid. What if I deer, dog, cat, cow, etc had come out behind some tree or bush in the country? It happens all the time around where I live, I would never risk going that fast out on the street on the highway, let alone the country.

i have had my non ws6 t/a to 155 where the limmiter stops u, it kinds sucks cuz it was puling so hard i wanted to top out 5th but that would have put me at 180 o well time for a tune

Shooting cars is discouraging because it always looks WAY slower than it really is. That's why Hollywood tends to speed up footage to make it look "fast" to the public. However, once you've been around it for a while you can tell when a car is really hauling @--, even when the general public can't.

thats not 100, its a trick used by the camera man by going up to the sky with the camera and not following the car, so once he got back on the car it looked like wow look how far he was, bs, he wasnt doing 155

168 MPH on a high rise interstate in Louisiana. No way for critters to get up there. 26 miles of stright road. Can some times get up to 4 miles with no one around. GPS confirmed. 99 T/A, no limiter, just a wind wall.

LMAO i was at a friends house and they where watching it and it was at the part where the skyline jumps the supra, and he hits both nitrous shots and only hits like 160mph or KPH iono i figure its a GTR but still 160kph thats like 105mph or so guessing cause i think 180kph is 115mph but whatever the movie is a joke....Danger to Manifold *BOOM* floor board falls out, so there is a hugh hole and then Vin Diesel gets in the car when he is running down the road and sits there just fine.

yeah but they are entertaining i would consider those to be comedy movies tho. from what i saw on another forum there is another movie comming out, i skimmed threw it, its pose to take place between the 2nd and 3rd movie, Vin Deisel is back, and Han is in it i thought i saw paul walkers name appear to, i saw a couple cars, candy red mustang with lambo doors and a veilside WRX STI wagon. But i guess the concept is Vin Deisel's G/F is running drugs across teh border gets killed they go after the killer and what not prolly a couple of those very very very fast 100mph bridge jumping scences and Downshifting 400 times around a corner and even when there topping the cars out on a straightaway they down shift the revs go up and so does there speed by like 50mph. Ill prolly go see it for a good laugh and it will be $5 at the theater i go to.

heh if they think you guys are crazy i hit 178MPH on my 08 Honda 1000RR today coming home from work, I didnt even notice till i looked down.

This stupid RX-8 and this blue car "dont remember what it was but it was a blur when i passed him" were apparently racing on the freeway today and passed me going about 100, the Rx-8 had about a million stickers on it saying Racing this and that and even had a licence plate border with scrolling red text on it that said something third racing team..

anyway i followed them for a bit going 100 then they kicked it in and i left them by two exits before i even slowed down..

damn ricers! i only wish i was in my Ws6 so I could have beaten them in American style
