I would also like a Fair Price....

What is a fair asking price for a 98' WS6 TA, 19K miles, A4, Convert, all stock (Besides some nice street tires...I dont ride it much, and I have the original tires. Original tires have 16.5K miles, and the new tires have about 2.5K), I have the original sticker from dealership, all work ever done (oil changes)

im thinking 12000 for mine nick but idk, and same here i bought mine with 76000 on it and have owned it 2 yrs almost only put 4000 on it. i would imagine you would bring in a lil more than mine being you have very low mileage. i know what bbk says but seems a little low being they dont make them anymore and i dont forsee them being made for a long time.

ya, I actually recently purchased this about 2 months ago. Ive put on very few miles. Runs great tho, just tryin to keep em low. I thought i got a damn good deal on it. I bought it for $12,800. It had 18.5K miles, no scratches, mint condition... My gf bought an 07 Cobalt brand new, in less then a year n a half, she had 18K miles.

I have put in about a $700 alarm system. Professionally installed... I may have it at college a few times and wanted to have a nice alarm system for college as well as my house.

I was just curious what I could get for it. I dont think I am ever going to get rid of it. I'll think myself 10-15 years from now.... I would just like to know what kinda money im sittin on...

hutch you mean how fast do i want to sell mine right? well im thinking in the next month or 2 here. the only reason i want to get rid of it is because im looking to get a boat and need the money for a down payment. i really hate to sell it i love the sound of the cam but my wife wont allow me to have 2 toys so....overall i bought the car almost 2 yrs ago for 12000 and put about 3500-4000 into work on it.

I know you would really like to get some of the money you put into it back but the fact is that the work doesnt add to the value of the car.

I would try to get around 9k-10k for it. You have to remember that these cars are getting some age on them now. There are a lot of nice vehicles you can buy for 10k.

And for your friend I would say anywhere between 12k-13k.
    People love used stock vehicles.

i agree with you about not getting out of it what you put into it to a degree. but if i bought it for 12000 put 3-4000 in it i would at least like to try to get close to what i paid for it stock being i only put 4000 miles on it.
also were not talking about a car with like a intake, smooth bellows, exhaust, and the little mods like that. i think that i'll get more for it just because of the cam itself. alot of people i run into at different gas stations and such go crazy over the sound of the cam alone not really the car. either way i wont sell it for blue book. dont take me wrong i know what your saying and all.

its will just to take longer to find the right person that wants the cam and other acc. on the car to pay that.

    Good luck with your sale.

It sucks but you get more money out of it by selling the aftermarket parts and go back to stock. Good luck
