Exhaust leak???

I am new to doing mods to my car and I had an slp loudmouth exhaust installed. It sounds great but I have heard of some cars having exhaust leaks. How can I tell if I have one? And what would cause one?

Take it to an exhaust shop and ask someone with a 'trained' ear.
