    Engine swap to camaro from bird??

    Hey guys, i have a totalled 98 firebird 3.8(not the 5.7 plz be a lil nice bout it haha) well in my bird is a new engine with about 1,200 miles. Im lookin for a body n i found a 99 camaro for cheap with a blown engine and i wanna drop my eninge in it. Is this posible? Im sure it is i just wanna make sure there wont be a problem doing so. Both cars are v6

    Yea def way easy, only thing you really gotta do it drop the motor and install haha, everything is the same!!

    Actually, there is ONE difference you'll need to check on. The '98s have a cable-style throttle. '99-up has an electronic throttle. I'm not sure how that's going to work together, so you'll have to account for that.

    Fly by wire was'nt available in 3800 f-body till 2000
