electrical problem

sometimes when im listening to the radio it will shut off and then the antenna will go down and i noticed when it goes off my windows dont work either..but my door locks work...sometimes it lasts for 5-10 secs and sometimes it turns off then right back on ....nothing else goes off and all the buttons stay lit and when i hit recall my clock shows up... any ideas??

its common, never had to deal with it but lots of people on here have and know solutions

It is.. Took me maybe 30 mins to pull it and fix it and put it back in.

ok cool why does solders on the back of the circuit board crack?

Because I believe the BCM is assembled roboticly and someone forgot to program it to use enough heat/time to fully solder on those particular pins.. But hey I'll do you one better here you go.. These are the areas that will need fixed/resoldered..
