    Dumbassed WS6 / 1LE questions

Ok, I'm a dumbass for making an assumption then buying but...
I thought all WS6s were also 1LEs but now I'm not so sure. When I looked at the production codes on my door, I didn't see a 1LE. Does that mean I have some weaker suspension parts under my vehicle? Or does the WS6 mean it also has 1LE parts? Also, how do i know the diff. between say a 1LE swaybar and non-1LE? How many suspension parts did a 1LE code cover? Thanks in advance!

WS6 has nothing to do with 1LE.
Older 1LE cars are more favorable than the newer generation.
Real 1LE cars were option-delete type vehicles. Newer 1LE are simply bushing, swaybar, spring type adders.
I wouldn't lose any sleep over selling a '98 with the 1LE option.

Not positive but I believe the stock sway bar may be 19mm, whereas the 1LE may be 21mm.

    PM sent.

Not sure about the evolution of the 1LE option (or it's contents), but I do know that in '98 that the 1LE option was only available on Formulas and WS6 was a "mandatory option" to get the 1LE. So at least in '98, all 1LE Firebirds were WS6 Formulas.
