Daytona Edition????

I just bought a 2001 Trans am and under the hood it has a decal saying b4c,special ls1 370hp. And also has emblem that says Daytona Edition 149 out of cant remember how many. I've searched the web to see what it is I got but have not found anything. Does any body know? VIN #2G2FV22G212131730. P.S. Man does that thing run!!!!!!!!!!!!

a b4c trans am? i thought that was a police package for the camaro. I suggest telling GM to run your vin for you. They can do it for free.

Yeah, B4C is the option code for the police car Camaros. I couldn't find anything that linked that code to the Firebirds. When I saw Daytona I thought maybe it was a pace car, but according to the information I could find, they didn't make a Firebird pace car for 2001.

I agree on having GM run the VIN... it may be just some stickers/emblems someone stuck on there to make it look like something it's not.
