cut outs?

i dont know much about them and what they do for the car, but all the youtube videos that i've seen they make the car sound much louder but just wanted to know if anybody has them on there cars. oh and what are good brands to get.

they make the car sound louder and gain some power on high rpms..

Thanks! I spent a few hours scrubbing down the underside when I installed the rear last winter.

Without the turn down, the underside of the car will end up black very quickly. Another member bought a set of turn downs from Jegs and then sold me the extra one. Unless you lay down next to the car, the cutout is invisible so no one knows I have it until I hit the switch.
