    YOU'LL WANT TO BEVEL THE EDGES WITH A LARGER BIT SO NOT TO SNAG YOUR PADS. (USED A 1/4" FOR THE BEVEL)

    now put it on the mill and cut slots! come on dude its great you did it your self but you can get a set(4) for like $160 for the WS6 store. thats drilled and slotted.
    LS7 clutch,01 slave,Corsa 3" stainless exhuast,drilled/slotted rotors + ceramic pads,160 thermo,Mti clear lid,msd 8.5 wires & Ngk plugs...more to come!

    i thought about doing that too. we got a machine shop where i work. well at our west plant. i work at the east plant. both on the same road. but anyhow i thought about buying some real good discs and slotting and cross drilling them. after i cross drill them, i'll prolly use a tapered end mill bit so the counter sink is as smooth as it can get. just to make sure there isn't any sharp edge to possibly start a crack.

    i have a machine shop in my garage!!! my neighbors hate it, but i can fab plenty, still to come, sfc's, and 10pt cage!!!

    even if it don't work...... oh well. i like doing stuff like that. i do projects all the time. i get it from my granddad. he used to make me and my bro help with projects all the time. we was young but we helped him one time on a tractor project. done what we could but we helped build a frame and used a i believe was a model A engine. that was almost thirty years ago. damn time sure flys

    i have alot of free time too. for two weeks i work 10 out of the 14 and the next two weeks i only work 4 out of the 14 and even when i am at work, most of the time i just watch my employees work. that gives me time for my goverment projects

    yes they do! mine have 40,000 on them and they are warped! thats why i ordered the ones from ws6 store. thats a cool idea if your a doit yourself guy. but i wouldn't waste my time unless they are not the stock ones!

    warp is MAINLY caused from heat, which the holes will alleviate!

    The ones on my 94 Firebird warped shortly after I got the car. I replaced them with a good set of cross drilled and they worked great for 9 years. I'm about to do the same with my 02 Trans Am which also has them warped.
