    Cracked my Door


    i hit my door on a tree the other day and it cracked a little im getting it fixed ASAP though,it looks fine from far away,but up close ughhh!

    man that sucks...my car cosmetically isnt close to perfect(previous owners) but ida flipped...ive come close to hitting mine on my chimney in my carport. just a lack of paying attention on my part...i could only imagine what that'd do compared to a tree....hope its good as new soon!

    Had a budy crack his SS door skin. Both shops he took it to for a quote recomended replacing the entire skin. Cant remember what he said the skins were made of but apparantly its a bitch to work on.

    Mines in the shop now, I had a couple small chips on the door edge and they wanted to charge me close to a $1000 one of the reasons pewter is a p.i.t.a to match.

    i know what you mean,i had my hood painted awhile back and when i went to pick up the paint GM makes a few different shades of pewter,with this color the cheap paint wont work at all
