The problem is that they require you to purchase an information packet first. I tried that and found out like others have said, that they do not do cars newer than 1987. I have emailed Jim Mattison with PHS and asked if I could do the window sticker anyway, I will let you know what he says.

I have a buddy that is a sales manager at a Chevrolet dealership, I am hoping he can help me. My email to PHS came back as undeliverable, so I guess I will call them on Monday.

I never thought it would be this big of a pain in the ass to get a window sticker......

I agree. I keep all my paperwork on my cars. The TA was purchased used and all the paperwork was gone.
