Couple of hood questions

I have another couple of questions for you guys. Within the next year or so, I might be in the market for a new hood for my T/A. I would like the ws6 style hood. Nothing fancy like the outlaw or anything.

What is the difference between a "pin-on" and a "bolt-on" hood? What are the pros and cons of them?

What are the sites that you guys recommend for purchasing them? Has anyone dealt with http://vfnfiberglass.com/ ? They are only like 30 minutes away from where I live.

VFN is a big site, many ppl have business with them. one of their employees is semi-active on this site. i suggest using the Search button to find all threads about VFN, the employees name is like Jeannik or something.

Pin on is usually used in racing applications. it's where those pins stick up out of the hood, to basically hold the hold on to the car. once the pins are removed, you can lift the hood off the car.

Bolt on is a typical, normal hood. one with hinges, a latch. all that other good stuff.
