Confused
Well, i've posted on here a couple of times b/c i believe i get the best feedback so here i go........ I raced a 98 or 99 T/A (m6) from about a 40 roll the other day. I guess up until about 80 to 90 i thought i was going to pull ahead b/c we were pretty close me barely ahead of him, but i guess he hit 5th gear and took the hell off....... From the sound of his car, i could tell it was not stock. I have an (A4) and would kind of like to keep my ride stock for future purposes ($$$) but i am so tempted to put a supercharger on the ride. I'm estimating that i'm looking at about anywhere from 4 to $6,000 but i really need feedback on what a supercharger will do for an (A4) stock 2000 WS6. Sick and tired of getting shown up by every hot rod i come in contact with................................

Black on Black- 2000 Trans Am M6
If you really want to keep your car stock, then there aint much you can do about getting your ass handed to you. IMO
Otherwise do full exhaust, a cam, and a good tune. But there are many different combo's to decide on when modding.SLP LT's, SLP High Flow Cats, 3" Flowmaster CB, Comp Cam, SLP Lid, LS6 Intake, BBK 80mm TB, SFC, Ram Air HO Hood, Lowered, Torq Thrust II's

go with a procharger, they have a lot of great info on their site. It looks like there's will make the most power with the least amount of adverse affects. Check them out, there only around 5 to 6k and make 60% more power.

not to bash on your advice at all, but in my experience i have seen nothing good out of those prochargers in the long run. it seems they are just to hard on the engine and over time can harm them, say 30K miles or so before stuff starts throwing up. i say just get a small stall a shift kit some suspension work and a few bolt ons and you wil be GTG! did wonders for my A4

I run a Vortech V9 Gtrim with aftercooler on my A4 T/A. So far so good, I hit the gas pedal and I am a very happy man.
