Been having nothing but issues with this thing.

But now I am getting 2 new codes. Can't really figure out one of them, P0704- clutch input control circut. Could this be related to a neutral safety maybe. The place I bought this from just did the clutch etc. Also getting a B0550 ABS electronic control unit. This one is kinda self explanatory. Any advice would be awesome.

Since someone has obviously "been there", I would start by making sure all the sensors and connectors are plugged in and that they have not been damaged. If you need schematics or anything, let me know and I can PM them later this week.

I had that same code pop up on mine recently, and when I cleared it, it didn't come back. IDK what was up with it, but it didn't repeat, so I didn't worry about it.
