    Clutch Stage 3

Anyone know why the stage 3 spec clutch kit has to take 3to400 miles to break in? It suck driving it right now. The car jumps up and down at every light unless you launch hard.Spec says the jumping will go away after break in. I just hope every bolt in the car stays tight. LOL

yeah it blows for the first 500 miles. I got one done last year and it was impossible to drive. I actually stalled it a few times. We took it back and the guy said to wait 500 miles and it will get back to usuall. I dont know if its the SPEC in perticaular or if all the other clutches do it??

SPEC sprung clutches require a break in period of about 500 miles.
Although I have heard it take more like 3000 miles to get them to loosen up all the way.

I personally run a SPEC stage 5. No break in, and it will not slip. Ever.
