    Closing on an 00 WS6

So as some of you may have already read I have found a T/A near my location and it's in pretty decent shape. Well I offered 8000 for it and he took it (coming down from 9500). I ran the carafe and it's a 2 owner, no accidents no discrepancies of any sort. I should have her by Friday. I know what it needs and the engine sounds pretty good nothing out of place from what I could hear (listened to about 100 videos of piston slap, spun bearings, rod knocks etc...) with the car fax and book it's at like 8300 and I think I'm getting a decent deal for what it is. 2000 PONTIAC TRANS AM Craig's list ad is the link attached. From the carafe it looks like he bought it off a dealer and he only had it for about 11 months, put maybe 3000 miles on it. Here is a link to the carfax CARFAX Vehicle History Report on 2G2FV22G9Y2143240 with this info what do you all think, anything a miss on the car fax?

looks like its very well maintained...first 2 things I would do "if they havent already been done and you dont have crazy emissions laws" is get rid of the EGR and secondary air...my car is a 2000 as well.

Ya I have been reading all the free mods on install university. I'm pretty excited about it to be honest. Thing drives straight but first mod is SCF's for sure!

SFC's & EGR delete are great mods to do. I strongly suggest just driving it for a while get use to it and figure out what if any necessary repairs or upgrades are needed.

    Congrats

I also recommend hand washing it from top to bottom...you'll learn a lot about your car the first time you do it. Where dings and scratches are, if any panels or lights are loose, if you have any leaks in the t-tops, hatch, windows, etc...sounds stupid, but it does help learn the car.
