the car is having issues

ok so i get in my car and start it and take off and its running fine. about 10 minutes later it cuts out when i give it some throttle but after it cuts out it runs fine. the next day it almost dies when going up the hill out of my driveway then when it reaches about 160 deg. it decides to run fine until i get to the gas station and go in to get something to eat, it dies while idling.

so i try to start it for about 10 minutes and it doesn't even fire. i have replaced the plugs with platinum 4's and the wires are brand new, both replaced within 5000 miles. so i hitched a ride home and come back in an hour or so and it fires up. ? took it home and call my friend and he gives me a whole list of things that it could be, so i started with the coil. it looked fried so i replaced it with an msd one. but it is still doing it. Chevy dealership:
so i took it to the dealership and they tell me its a fuel pump or a fuel filter, so i had them replace the fuel filter, and it doesnt even start after replacing that. after it cooled for an hour or so it fired up, runs better but not right, still cutting out. my question is would it be the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, or any other ideas??? i know the opti is good because i replaced that also, any ideas anyone?
