cant figure out which belt/pulley is squeakin?

what is the pulley under the two main ones thats on the left...its quite a bit smaller?? it squeaks horrible but if i put belt conditioner on it it stops for 10-15 mins?...need help please? part number cost of the fix ect.?

Are you sure it's not the belt and not the pulley? Are you spraying the pulley with belt conditioner? Or the belt? If the belt is ok, there is a good chance that it's the AC idler pulley. That pulley has been known to make noise.

Yup. Mine makes that noise too. It's normal.....

Very helpful thread here that you can give me some pointer on if you will.

On top of my vehicle problems, I have a squeal that I sprayed belt dressing on... the belt is new...... the squeal only goes away after the engine has warmed up after some 8 miles.

It's not the belt then? I'm thinking it's the AC idler pulley that you mentioned in this thread. My AC works damn good after I recharged it this weekend. Do you have a fix to this squeal? It's embarassing driving down the road upon squeal acceleration as the engine warms up.

your right its the ac idler pulley replaced mine and not one squeak,its heaven n sorry bout the pm matthewaqui sent it a lil to early b4 i got done typing but yah its the ac idler pulley the whole lil bracket thing got mine at autozone for 50 bucks bout a 15min install

Thanks for the response man! That damn squeak is super irritating and makes my TA sounds like shit though it looks good.

I was checking out other posting on the squeak from this site... and it seems likes those idler are 100 or up.... you mentioned only 50. Doesn't sound to bad for a contraption that only gives the belt some tension! hahahahahaha I will call Autozone and see what they have.. thanks for the assist!!!!
