C5 or C6 rims

...hm any idears? the C6 only come in 18 and 19...not sure about the 18 anyone else have some 18's ? do they look overly big and ugly on f-bodies? or should i stick with my 17's

I put C6 wheels size 275/35/ZR18's on mine. I think it looks fine. I did try putting 285/35/zr18's on her but in fast corners with no spacers the rear tires scraped the inner fender wells. The 275 work great!!!!

does anyone know if there is any traction loss? cornering problems? or slower ET's because of the bigger rim?

I have 18"x9.5" C6's all around with 275-35-18 with no rubbing, it fits T/A's very well:

cornering should improve with the smaller side wall.

personally i like having a thick tire on our cars since we have more of a muscle car appearance than import/european. 18s don't look bad though.
