    Borla, Magnaflow, or Flowmaster

I am going to put a true dual system on my car and was wondering what you guys think are the best mufflers to get. Most likely going to get some hooker LT's and stainless piping but not sure which muffler will give me the best sound and performance.

If you don't min't mind some SERIOUS resonance at cruising speed. Other than that they sound great.

thats 100% false!! i ran flowmaster 1 chambers for the summer, and they were dumped, it was very quiet at highway speeds, it was against my will to have them removed, but i thank the roads of W VA for that one.

if you like the deep muscle car sound get the 1 chambers, and it's a 10 series about $ 73 each new.

i just got my Borla, i love it though, its all about how much you want to spend

I didn't say anything about them being loud as a bad thing. True duals will sound better than a catback anyday.IMO

Also I didn't say anything about "Highway Speeds", I said "cruising speed". You know, when you're rolling around town about 1500 rpm... Inside the car you get that HHUUUUUUUMMMMMM...

I just thought the guy should know...

    My life is a
    Ben Stiller movie.

that's what zboner meant highway rpms are about 1500 [m6] and 2100 [a4]

but yeah, if you're gonna spend the money; get the flow masters.
if you're just looking for a big sound, then go magnaflow or borla. user zbizkit has an lt1 with a Flowmaster catback w/cut out and it sounds like a nascar; deep, loud and smooth
