Black/?

I have a black T/A and am looking to add a little color to it.

I was wondering if anyone out there has a color scheme going with there black car?

If so pics would be nice

I feel black looks best just as one color.
And of course...cleaned up really nice.

No real need to add a secondary color to black. If you insist though, I would go with polished/silver look with black.

I was just really looking at like the vinyl cut outs that fit in the Pontiac on the back and little stuff like that, but after seeing that car idk anymore hahah

It really seems that there is a fine line between cool and gaudy on black cars. I agree that a silver accent theme can look nice, if not overdone. Some of the red looks ok too, it really just depends. Take a run through the Member's Rides threads or any of the photo threads to get some ideas.

On our car, we painted the nose and hood a few months ago. As of yet, I have not re-applied the "Ram Air" hood graphics. The all black look has kind of grown on me.

The only thing I have really done appearance wise is the wheels and the niteshades on the corners and 3rd brake light.
I suppose the drop is appearance, but I got the best performing springs available....in the Strano's.

If your set on not keeping it black, like Mr. Luos, bigguns and ls1camino, I think the only colors acceptable (that I've seen) are sliver/polished, red or white.

But it's all personal preference.

I would thumb through "show off your bird" thread and see if you find anything you like.

I think I will eventually do this.
Although it will be SO subtle, the pictures I take probably won't show them. In certain lights, they will not be noticeable either.

I am a fan of subtle....if you couldn't tell.

black is the most subtle color you can get on a T/A, hides all the scoops and such

I just recently got the red ram air decals and the pontiac headlight and pontiac rear letters as well as the pilar birds and I love the way it all looks. Before I had it all black and I liked it but idk it needed a little something else for me. I also added the license plate cover bird, the flag one, and I love the way the front of my car looks now, I'm just waiting on the red trans am emblems then ill get some side pics for ya

Of course I also love the look of mr.luos t/a!!

might hide scoops and stuff but it definitely shows scratches,swirl marks and dirt real well !!!

I wasn't crazy about the pinstripes but I had my license plate cover painted Gold as well as the Pontiac lettering and the Trans Ams emblems on both sides on my 98. I thought it looked pretty cool.
