bird+Trans am going 130mph= damage

I was on the highway the other day with my lights up and you know how you see birds that are almost about to hit you as they fly but they get out of the way?

well this asshole didnt fly fast enought and he hit me in my headlight as I was flooring it and broke some things

now, do you know where I can get that plastic cover that goes around the headlights, also that metal eyelid is bent to hell, where can I find these?

u can get the plastic piece that surrounds the headlights from a gm dealership for about 30 dollars

Wow that sucks. man. you could search E-Bay they do have tear downs there. We have a local scrap yard that sometiems has parts. they are part of a network. used parts while perfectly good are cheaper..

I know just how you feel, I got a pheasant at 80 mph. It hit the drivers side headlight cover, broke a few pieces inside, not to bad. That makes FOUR of the damn things now. My bumper cover is cracked about 3 inches underneath, just drilled a small hole to stop the crack from spreading.

Where were you going 130 in Chicago? Not too many places you can get away with that at without going to jail. If I were you I'd check certifit in addison. They're the cheapest around. Dealer would be last option.

it was down by urbana, its not picture worthy cause i ripped off the plastic cover that was broken, some things are just bent, like the lid and things inside.

there were feathers on the antena too soo.......... that bird got killed by a phoenix
