Are you an A4? If so, look into getting a stall and cooler first. I don't like to advise anyone to spend any more money than they have to on a stock rear. Running lower gears will make it harder to get traction. Get sticky tires, and add traction, then the rear will grenade most likely. You're better off using the cash to upgrade suspension and drivetrain componants first, then add power.

That would depend on what options you choose.

Again, it depends on the options. What carrier will you get, what spline axles, will it be powdercoated, 3 or 4 channel brakes, lca relocation brackets welded on, ect.? Check out their website, pick which options you want. It'll show you the price. I would check out Strange and Midwest Chassis too. I run a Moser 9", and am quite happy with it. I got some extra options with mine, but it came to around $3300 shipped.

Silver & Blue- 02 Camaro SS, 04 GTO
Don't waste your money on gears for a 10 bolt. Put the money into a savings account and save up about 3k for a 9" or 12 bolt rear.
My ride is a 2002 Camaro SS SLP #3296 with 30k, LTH, 3" Y, CME, Frost tune, K&N, ported TB, Blackwing lid, Bellows, MSD, Denso Iridium, and 85mm MAF, Bilsteins, Eibach springs, SLP strut brace, Adj. Panhard, TA Girdle, UMI, Pro 5.0, Nitto NT555
My wife has a 2004 GTO with the rare SAP, 18" wheels, K&N Cold Air System, MSD, Ported TB, Frost tune, Denso Iridium, Flowmaster cat-back, 3200 Yank, 75k

I installed a Moser 12 bolt with 3.73's in our car a few years ago. Optioned with 33 spline axles, a True Trac, 4 channel ABS/TCS, and welded sway bar brackets it was $2,800 in bare steel. If I had to do it all over again, I probably would have went with a Strange 12 bolt.
