Another Firebird back on the road

Not MUCH of a story but alittle over a year ago I blew my engine so I had to get another one, me, my dad and a friend Started putting it back in about 2-3 weeks ago and yesterday we finally finished it (coulda got it done alot fast but with halloween, rain and us just working it took alot longer, plus doing it in the drive way without a shop didnt help much.) BUt it was mine and my friends first time even attempting something like this! When we got it all hooked up, I tried to start it but, it wouldnt start Easy fix though, just needed a new batt. The old one couldnt hold a charge, so I went and got a new one, and 1st time turning the key it started right up! No problem at all and no Chk engine light has come on so far. Pretty good if I do say so myself! Lol. Just wanted to post this because there are alot of *Lost a bird* Type of threads thought I would put one about getting one back ON the road!
