Dark Shadow Grey- 2003 Mustang Mach 1 5spd
Am I missing something with the "buy it now" here??
I know you can set buy it now however you want and there is a "make offer" option, but uh....

Yeah...thinking WAY too highly of that car.
Maybe $30K with 73 total miles, but not $70K.

$69,000.00 haha Im pretty sure you can make an offer or just not go through the bidding thing and just pay the 69,000 bucks. So he prolly wont sell that thing in the long run due to the far fetched price lol.

wow, a lil high priced there.. hell for 70 grand you can get one, rebuild the engine to brand new and make it a hell of a lot faster... i dont think i could pay that much for a T/A, no matter how much i love these cars..

What was he thinkin-It will never sell for that price, since it was only worth about 34.500$ -BRAND NEW-(with about 10 miles on it from the dealership). Im still scratchin my head on this one guys.

Well with less than 100 miles on the odometer I would say in the high 20s tops. Didn't the converts. sell for $37k to begin with?? I mean he'd relly be pushing the limits of reason by asking 30k on a late model car that someone basically forgot to drive for Gods sake!?!?!?
But here's the more important thing -- anyone who thinks that if a medium production late model car sits around for 6 model years it will double its value is a complete idiot!
Invetsing in cars (unless they inclue the words "numbers matching" and "Hemi" in the description) = poor investing.

Yeah I've got to be honest this whole "collecters item" that people apply to everything is a bit ridiculous...
Has anybody else ever noticed that 99.99999% of things for sale on ebay are described as "rare" or "collecters items". Wasn't there a collecter car bubble like this that bursted in the late 80s too??
I mean GT500s -- they're making another 8-10k in 2008 meaning that close to 20k of them will be around, yet people are still paying 10-20k over sticker for them??? WTF???
