allen samuels dealership totaled my car!
just wanted to let everyone know how allen samuels is screwing me over! i took my car into the dealership for a few things that needed repairing. After the technician finished the repairs he took it for a test drive. he took a turn way too fast and flipped several times until hitting a telephone pole. The pole actually broke in half. After this mishap, all they want to do is pay off my car. After all i paid on the car already and all that money, blood and sweat i put into this car i dont think for one dam second that this is right! that was my prized possesion that i put all my time into, this pisses me off!

Damn, I would be pissed! That technician would be getting a piece of my mind!
If you can't get them to pay for it, definitely take them to court!

Sue the tech and the dealership!
That really sucks. Sorry to hear it. I hope somehow you end up on top with a good settlement.
Get a lawyer.

This is one of those instances, that you NEED to get a lawyer and go after the SOBs. Put your foot on their throat and don't let up.

So this was in the news? If so, then at least they are getting the bad publicity.

Get a lawyer my teacher has told me a couple stories like that, best one was a lawyer took his car in for an oil change and the tech forgot to put oil back in guy made it just a few blocks came back told them what was up and walked out with the car of his choice.

LS1's are too freakin' powerful for idiots to joyride in.
Case in point right here.
I would ask to test drive one of their cars and then run the mother-f'r off a cliff!! After I told that lot porter who wrecked your collectible Bird that he's a pussy that needs to stick with driving 4-bangers.
I am pissed!! And this doesn't even concern me. Wow, I hate dealerships.

Yeah, check on better lawyers, this really sucks! Be prepared to have a long fight (could be a year or 2!), if you don't just settle for the insurance check. The insurance will only give you a lot less than the retail value, and a good attorney will eat up some of the extra cost you *may* get.

make them pay for a replacement, reimburse for any and all work done on the car, buy back, and repairs of said vehicle.
