    All lights are surging

Hey all, just traded my 99A4 for a 01M6 WS6, best decision I ever made! The problem is that, all interior and exterior lights surge when above idle. They seem to be fine when at idle, or just not as noticible. My factory guage shows good amperage, but have not checked it with a meter. What do you suggest?

do they surge fast or slow? if fast its probably the voltage regulator on the alternator. as long as you can get one, it should be a cheap fix.

It's hard to say. I would say moderate to fast. The regulator is in the alternator, so just replace the whole thing I assume???

almost all alternators have a replaceable coltage regulator. ive never done it on a f body, but everything else gm makes has one. talk to your local dealership and see if you can get one.
