I don't have pictures of it on the car but here it is off.

It is a 4" opening and 6" long I use it for my SD set up but it probably would work with a MAF set up too.

^^ That style probably has more flexibility than a straight sided Fernco coupling.

It does the fernco bulged and didn't fit or seal perfectly. It is actually just as or more flexible than the factory one.
