Can anyone tell me the differences between these 2 Firebirds?

Well, besides the different badging, hood, wheels and accessories (floor mats and car cover, etc), it had different options. eg. Bilstein shocks, an Auburn Diff, I'm pretty sure the catback was different (muffler and possibly even piping size), and it had a "lid" already i do believe. It was just an SLP produced car. For collectors, both are good choices with the firehawk having the edge due to increasded rarity. If you're going to customize it yourself or drive it, I'd get whatever one is in better condition. :P
